What This Position Is All About:
As part of the HBC Digital/eCommerce team the Director of Photo Studio (Pottsville) leads a team of associates who produce site assets (images/video) for all products for multiple banners to support digital sales. Who You Are:

You Also Have:
'4+ years running a studio team or a team closely connected to a studio environment, eCommerce background a plus
'Photography, retouching, production or styling background preferred
'Strong communication and leadership skills
'Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships As the Director of Photo Studio (Pottsville) You Will:
'Lead, guide and motivate a team to efficiently and effectively produce product imagery
'Support Senior Director by strategizing for optimal quality and efficiencies
'Manage studio budgets, coming in on, or under budget at month close and year end
'Be able to think like an owner operator in your decision making around studio financial decisions.
'Develop team skills, abilities and careers through feedback, check ins and mentorship
'Serve as the liaison between the studio and the teams the studio serves.
'Partner with sample management and item setup leadership to ensure optimal flow of items throughout the process.
'Participates in long-term planning and resource allocation discussions - Manages freelancer scheduling and budget
'Oversee the development training materials and guides as needed including thoroughly documenting all processes and procedures
'Professional development, annual reviews and leadership of a team
'Foster a best-in- breed environment of continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
