Build positive relationships across the Services and Sales business
Apply your commercial acumen and understanding for what customers need, and what sellers can sell
Be the spokes person for the portfolio and the future roadmap
Use a data driven approach to analyze business performance and identify root causes of problems, as well as support the change management program to implement the future state.
Ensure cohesiveness with sales management, Business Development Managers (BDMs) and field enablement with active participation in go to market development, collateral, SKU strategy and CSDM process, sales training, and all activities required to drive business growth
Review and set goals on key business metrics, build promotional offers related to the services portfolio within assigned markets
Partner with the product organization to set services pricing and offers for higher attach, revenue and margins
Regularly meet with clients, including those to whom Cisco is delivering newly defined services, to ensure market perceptions are well understood
Develop the Talent across the Product Management team
Participate as a key member of the Cross Architecture Leadership team: provide both strategic forward-looking and tactical business insight and consulting to drive profitable growth and operational perfection.
Operate effectively across a matrix organization that spans Americas, EMEAR and APJC. You will work closely with Field Delivery, BDMs, Sales and customers in all regions.
You have a strong business and commercial orientation with knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
You have work in Consulting delivery, and it is preferred to also have a sales background. A plus is if you at any point in your career have been a customer of Cisco.
You have strong management skills focused on building successful teams and driving result, from defining the strategy to execution on the tactical actions.
As this is a highly technical role, a technical background in the telecom industry is required, preferably with a focus on automation and analytics.
You possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly along with the demonstrable ability to be objective through active listening; always striving for the best outcome for the business. You are able to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement and represent complex ideas in a simple, easy to understand manner to a variety of audiences.
