Lead high priority Strategic Planning and Special Projects initiatives across the enterprise, working directly with business leaders transform the performance of Avantor as part of an in-house strategy and consulting team. Fast development path with high senior executive exposure, increasing levels of responsibility within Special Projects team, and/or opportunities to transition to a challenging role in a company line organization. Leadership - Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute key value creation (top and bottom line) and integration/transformation initiatives Problem structuring Identify key issues, develop hypotheses and methodology to verify or refute them Project management Clearly scope and track projects, develop and assign workstreams, identify critical path to maintain progress, and ensure reliable delivery Data analysis Creatively obtain and vet data, develop and execute quantitative analyses with (potentially incomplete) data, cross-check results to identify potential inconsistencies or limitations Business insights Understand business implications of observations, interviews, and analyses. Develop business strategies and recommendations accordingly Communication Craft polished written communications and deliver oral communications of findings and recommendations in an effective and efficient manner Influencing Collaborate positively with project stakeholders to secure support and implement recommendations in a fast-paced environment Strategy Develop business segment strategies, research markets & competitors, articulate value propositions, and identify growth opportunities Prioritization Identify critical elements within projects and assist the organization in prioritizing and managing a portfolio of projects across the enterprise Management Assign tasks, coach, and develop other colleagues as needed, collaborate and learn from peers in a team environment Support other corporate strategy responsibilities as needed, including Strategic Planning, Market Research, M&A, Competitor Benchmarking,
