The HR Change Management Lead will partner with the HR leadership team, HR business partners and key stakeholders to drive the planning and execution of change management initiatives across all HR projects. Responsibilities of this role would include working across all levels of the organization and building effective working relationships with the leadership team, HR project team and our global and regional HR teams. The role will be ultimately responsible for driving business readiness and faster adoption on the changes impacting employees to achieve expected business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and lead the planning and execution of change management activities and deliverables across all HR related projects and initiatives Identify change impacts based on the assessment of current state and future state Design, develop and manage communication plans and send communications across all levels within the organization Identify training needs, create training plans and build training materials; Provide training to stakeholders as needed Identify and manage key stakeholders, conduct stakeholder analysis and create stakeholder engagement plans Manage relationship with the leadership team to gain buy-in and facilitate cross-business collaboration Identify global Change Network and manage Change Network activities across all geographies Assess level of readiness (before the change); Analyze readiness results to identify issues and realign change efforts where needed Define key metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness; Create and implement action plans based on resistance and adoption gaps Build a robust and repeatable set of change management methods, approaches, techniques, and assets that can be leveraged consistently across all HR projects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading change initiatives Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and delivering cross-functional, cross-geographical projects Proven track record of managing change initiatives (preferably within the HR domain) Good understanding of project management and Agile concepts, processes, practices, procedures and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective Strong understanding of HR Operations/Programs Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives; able to comfortably speak to business line managers and establish a communication cadence Expert ability providing focus and drive in identifying and resolving issues that span organizations and partnerships, creating a shared vision for results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in HR or related field PMP, Six Sigma, Change Management training and certification desired Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, resourceful and solution-oriented Strong organizational and time management skills Able to develop effective working relationships with various and diverse stakeholders Team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to operate with flexibility Must be proficient with MS Office software (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) Able to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives
